A whole host of great information and services

Once you are logged on, the site will allow you to view contact details, referenced against the type of enquiry you have, to ensure you get the right answers with no wasted time. (If required you will be able to speak to an Independent specialist here at GDHA who will be available on our new dedicated Independent direct telephone line.)

We will include details of our delivery and orders and how we handle them, a section dedicated to the range and quality of the products we offer and a dedicated after-sales section allowing you to view the GDHA policies on servicing and aftersales support, customer complaint handling and servicing agreements.

A range of marketing information will also be available online and you will be able to view and order current point-of-sale materials and brochures. You will be able to view our latest TV commercials along with details of the GDHA brand specific media campaigns. Local advertising templates along with brand guidelines will also be available to help you create your own marketing materials and an events calendar will be available so you can quickly reference all forthcoming information on shows that we will be hosting, allowing you to plan the relevant ones into your diary.

And last, but not least, by the end of this year we will also be introducing online product manuals (to view online or print out for easy reference), a virtual GDHA factory tour and also an online ordering facility for products and spare parts.
