We are committed to great customer service and have an award winning team which is highly regarded in the White Goods Industry. The operation is based on solid principles with a robust platform for service delivery.
GDHA Customer Care has an established infrastructure which includes a customer care team of 120 staff that handles approximately 40,000 calls per week. Also 170 gas safety trained Engineers based nationwide complete 220,000 service visits per year. Our Customer Parts Centre covers 70,000 square feet holding £3.5M of parts stock. This team includes pickers, packers, administrators and expiditors and together they are responsible for despatching 98% of customer orders within 24 hours of them being placed.
