Our Company
GDHA is a privately owned company made up of the leading cooking brands Stoves, Belling, New World, Lec and GE. In nearly 40-years of producing quality home appliances, we have earned a reputation for being the specialists in market-leading domestic and electrical appliances. At our 26-acre Liverpool base, we turnover £120 million a year, employ over 1000 people (including 190 engineers trained to the highest standards) and believe that 'British is best'. That’s why, wherever possible, we always manufacture right here in the UK, with 85% of our products made in-house.
Manufacturing in Britain is really important to us – by keeping production on home soil we are doing our bit by creating lots of local jobs and whats more, we are ensuring that each and every product is perfectly suited to the UK market.

New World: The cooking brand with an affordable collection of stylish appliances designed to meet all kitchen needs.
Lec: Providing an impressive range of refrigeration products with style, functionality, choice and a commitment to energy efficiency at their core.
GE: One of the world's biggest brands, with a reputation for producing innovative refrigeration, home laundry and cooking products that change the way people live.
Our Service
We are proud to be industry winners of the Domestic and General Total Excellence and Quality Award 3 years running with a 120-strong call centre of Customer Service Representatives located right here in the UK.
From our Stoke distribution centre, we ship 10,000 GDHA products across the UK every week – completing home deliveries and installations within an impressive 7-day timescale. On top of this, we have 190 skilled engineers who are always on-hand to help with any queries you may have.
